Dorel Juvenile in the United Kingdom seeks a Training Lead to elevate brand and product experiences at retail by delivering effective training for retailers, distributors and sales teams. You will co-own European events, localize training strategies, and collaborate with Product Marketing to stay aligned with launches.

The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with regular travel across Europe and a strong focus on shop-floor execution and market adaptation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in training.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence, drive and energy.
• Translate global strategy and insights into pragmatic local execution.
• Experience with high-end brands and/or retail is a strong advantage.
• Experience in bringing training programs to life and presenting to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop relevant, high-impact training tools for the European organization and rollout regionally.
• Co-own and contribute to the delivery of training days at major European events.
• Localize the European training strategy to brands, products and sales plans.
• Participate in HQ-led training sessions to stay ahead of new product introductions.
• Implement the training program with a train-the-trainer approach in-market.
• Monitor training effectiveness using e-learning, Salesforce and Power BI dashboards.
