Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Sr. Technical Trainer to own end-to-end learning for the EMEA audience. You will design, develop, and deliver training across virtual, in-person, and self-directed formats to empower teams to resolve issues faster and drive product adoption.

You’ll partner with leaders, leverage AI tools for scalable content, and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a training role with technical training emphasis.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Experience with fast-moving teams and innovative solutions for complex environments.
• Experience with eLearning tools and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training across virtual, in-person, and self-directed modalities.
• Serve as SME on policies, tools, and practices; collect feedback to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with leaders, implement the L&D roadmap, and track KPIs to measure impact.
• Leverage AI tools to scale content development and delivery.
• Ensure accessible, inclusive content and effective learner outcomes.
