Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Principal, Product Management to own pricing strategy, go‑to‑market, and pricing operations for our European businesses, defining rate structures, fees, and price points.

You will partner with senior leadership across product, finance, legal, marketing, sales, and operations to shape the vision and work with product, science, and software teams to bring pricing ideas to life, including managing 3 direct reports.

Qualifications

• Experience blending product and program management to execute strategic initiatives.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.

Responsibilities

• Regional benchmarking, price positioning, and profit analysis leading to overall rate structure and pricing strategy vision.
• New demand (country launch + new products) opportunity assessment/pricing strategy.
• Metric creation, program performance (Pricing‑specific monthly and quarterly reviews).
• Global pricing narrative for your region (monthly/quarterly reviews, 3 year planning).
• In region SOPs, training, audit, inspection, process improvement.
• New product go‑to‑market support or ownership for in‑region launches.
• Collaborate with science/product for development vision and roadmap prioritization.
• May generate regional requirements for software/science development.
