A day in the life of a VPLE team member is never the same. The day is split evenly between; reactive escalations about field issues, project work to progress field resolutions, weekly cadence and team/development activities. Prioritization is critical in this team, and the stack-ranking of workload is ever-changing due to our reactive nature. Its fast paced, fun, interesting and challenging, the result of which makes for a very rewarding workload.
The team is small, agile and technically astute. We make decisions on behalf of a 30K strong fleet, and position ourselves as the technical voice of AMZL. As we push towards a standardized methodology, we search out gaps in our processes to ensure we are ever-improving and seek excellence.
