Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in Luxembourg-based AMZL EU UTR Capacity Planning seeks a Capacity Planning Manager to own ramping programs, integrate new delivery channels, and translate business needs into technology requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience in program management and leading large-scale projects.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements using data and metrics.
• Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimisation of Capacity Planning metrics to improve demand & supply planning, performance and cost.
• Develop programs to standardise end-to-end last mile supply chain.
• Support multiple work streams and ensure cadence and timely delivery.
• Build cross-functional relationships across EU Amazon Logistics to drive alignment.
• Translate business requirements into technology requests for capacity planning platforms.
• Implement continuous improvement through proven methodologies.
• Establish scalable hiring processes for multi-site operations.
