Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is hiring a Program Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to dive into payments operations within the Last Mile DSP Payments team. You will own a defined workstream, working closely with a senior PM to build expertise in payments processing across EU markets.

You'll execute tasks, strengthen controls, and create Excel-based tools to streamline operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and travelling to regional ops when needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel experience with pivots, vlookups and data modelling.
• Experience working across tech and non-tech teams to deliver outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute payment process tasks within EU workstream under guidance of a senior PM.
• Improve financial controls and audit trails through diligent data checks.
• Develop Excel-based trackers to automate day-to-day work.
• Investigate discrepancies by tracing data through systems and partnering with teammates.
• Document processes clearly to enable automation and scaling.
• Assist in capturing automation requirements by analysing manual processes.
