Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to drive standardization and optimize Last Mile operations from delivery stations.

You will be the link between station management and the Process Excellence team, developing knowledge and tools to improve performance and align processes across the network. You will create clear communication plans to provide visibility to impacted teams, support bench marking initiatives, and ensure accurate reporting and productivity gains through

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
Bachelor's degree, or Master's in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
Experience with project management.
Experience using Excel and data analysis.
Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Monitor logistics and delivery performance using station and on-road indicators.
Drive process standardization and best-practice sharing across network.
Develop action plans to improve performance and achieve benchmark rates.
Improve order execution to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support audit initiatives and results-driven planning.
Deploy process standard implementations with station management and stakeholders.
Pilot and benchmark ongoing process improvements.
