Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks a Capacity Planning Manager for AMZL EU UTR Capacity Planning to lead end-to-end programs that scale capacity across EU delivery networks.

You will leverage big data, drive cross-functional collaboration and define requirements to improve demand and supply balance across multiple sites. The role focuses on building scalable processes, partnering with central teams, and delivering measurable efficiency while maintaining customer service at the lowest cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• Experience leading large-scale programs/projects.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimisation of Capacity Planning metrics to balance performance and cost in last mile operations.
• Develop programs to standardise and improve end-to-end last mile supply chain efficiency.
• Support multiple work streams ensuring daily and weekly cadence and timely delivery of key programs.
• Engage operational leaders across EU Amazon Logistics to drive standardisation of processes.
• Build cross-functional relationships with first, middle mile, fulfilment and central teams.
• Translate business requirements into technology requests for capacity planning platforms.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement using proven methodologies.
• Establish scalable hiring processes to meet multi-site capacity needs.
