Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Global Senior eCommerce Manager to drive commercial success and digital performance across CT.com. You will optimise the trading calendar, understand consumer behaviour, stock position, and site experience to maximise conversion, revenue and profitability.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with global commercial colleagues, and own on-site tools and PDP/PLP priorities to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of trading levers, forecasting, stock risk and profitability.
• Excellent communication, influencing and upward stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Strong technical literacy and proficiency in analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team leadership and development, ensuring executional excellence.
• Align strategic priorities with Head of eCommerce and performance targets.
• Own promotional thresholds, mechanics and testing to drive KPIs.
