Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in London seeks a Head of Commercial to lead the EU commercial team and nurture strategic retail partnerships across stores and online channels. You will manage a high-performing team, shape commercial strategy and negotiate terms to maximize voice, visibility and sales.

You’ll drive end-to-end planning, forecasting, and retailer P&L management, deliver ambitious quarterly results, and partner with Marketing, Merchandising and Store Design in a fast-paced, hybrid

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience; beauty/retail background preferred.
• Experience leading EU retail partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to negotiate terms, pricing and contracts at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of SNAMs, NAMs & NAEs across EU.
• Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners at all levels.
• Conduct successful commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Own net sales forecasting for defined retailers and manage P&L.
• Lead end-to-end retailer strategy rollout and align trading plans.
