Cult Beauty is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own trading across Non-UK EU markets, reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, planning, forecasting and executing the commercial strategy.

The role is hands-on, driving daily site and app performance, managing pricing, promotions, merchandising, and a robust test-and-learn agenda. You will lead 1–2 Ecommerce Executives and collaborate with marketing, buying and analytics teams to grow revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce trading experience in fast-paced online retail.
• Experience planning, forecasting and budget/P&L management.
• Hands-on on-site and app trading execution.
• Experience in test & learn / CRO programmes with strong analytics.
• Comfort with web analytics platforms and translating data into actions.

Responsabilités

• Own daily site and app trading execution for EU Non-UK site.
• Build forecasts and trading budgets for Non-UK territories.
• Lead test & learn roadmap and CRO opportunities.
• Monitor performance against revenue, GP, KPIs.
• Prepare trading reports for senior stakeholders.
• Line manage 1–2 Ecommerce Executives.
