Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in London (EU HQ) seeks a Senior Program Manager for DSP Pricing to own pricing models and cost structures across Europe. You will influence leaders, communicate complex pricing strategies, and shape how we compensate DSPs and drivers throughout the network.

The role blends pricing, finance, and logistics expertise with strong analytical and program-management skills to drive scalable, data-driven decisions across operations and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning program strategy end-to-end and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas).
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience in pricing, commercial finance, or rate/compensation: building cost models, scenario analysis, and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic programs that drive the DSP payments program across Europe.
• Developing scalable processes to address shortcomings and enable growth.
• Conducting root cause analysis to understand financial health of delivery partners and scale analyses.
• Reporting to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates with actionable insights.
