Job description

Senior Program Manager, DSP (Delivery Service Partners), Pricing

Job ID: 10594357 | Amazon UK Services Ltd.

To be successful in the Senior Program Manager (Pricing) role, the candidate must bring deep experience thinking in rate structures, cost models, and market economics, paired with strong core pricing, financial modelling, and analytical skills that enable them to build and own pricing models driving business decisions. Equally critical is logistics domain expertise — understanding how cost drivers behave in delivery and transportation networks — and proven commercial stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence business leaders, communicate complex pricing strategies to non-technical audiences, and navigate trade-offs across operations and finance teams.

  • Developing processes and mechanisms that address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Master's degree
  • Experience in Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics (last-mile delivery): understanding of route economics, driver labour costs, fleet operations, or delivery network dynamics
