Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks a Delivery Partner Manager to advise and partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the UK.

You will help kick-start net-new DSPs and drive excellence in safety, performance, and capacity planning while coordinating with internal teams such as PAR, VAS, Legal, and fleet. You will travel between DSP sites and work to improve DSP sentiment, enable scalable operations, and ensure reliable capacity during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, or equivalent.
• Experience working with third party vendors or reliability/maintenance environments.
• Experience managing contingent workforce during peak seasons.
• Experience in account management or managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Safety: ensuring safety compliance with OTR teams and regional managers.
• Performance: guiding DSP owners as they scale and ramp operations for peak periods.
• Performance: onboarding new partners to the program and launching new initiatives.
• Performance: coaching and upskilling using AMZL tools.
• Performance: identifying opportunities to improve customer metrics.
• Experience: building strong DSP relationships and improving sentiment across stakeholders.
• Capacity Management: collaborating with DSPs to deliver ramp plans and meet peak volume demands.
