Job summary

IG Group is seeking an Affiliate Partnerships Executive to grow our affiliate channel across Europe and the Middle East on a 6-month contract. The role sits in London, with a hybrid work arrangement and close collaboration with Marketing, Compliance, Creative, Product and Analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with performance-based deals.
• Data-led approach to analyze performance and optimise CAC/payback.
• Experience working across international markets, esp. Europe & ME.
• Stakeholder management and ability to work independently at pace.
• Curiosity about AI and how it can improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the affiliate growth plan for Europe & Middle East.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners (content sites, influencers, cashback partners).
• Negotiate and agree commercial terms in line with CAC/payback targets.
• Manage and develop partner relationships; optimise placements, offers and creative.
• Report on partner performance against CAC and first-trade targets; advise investments.
• Work with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements and monitor activity.
• Monitor traffic quality and protect IG against fraud.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Creative/Product to adapt assets for local markets.
• Test new partner models and scale successful ones; document learnings into playbooks.
• Leverage AI to accelerate partner research and reporting.
