This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a range of exciting projects, ranging from £20k to £9m in value, across both fit‑out and main contracting works.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor on live projects to ensure smooth delivery.
• Attend client site meetings to understand project requirements and provide updates.
• Prepare costings and pricing for works, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor role, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Congius software is desirable, but not essential (full training will be provided).
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Projects

• Projects ranging from £20k to £9m in value, providing a great variety of work.
• A mix of fit‑out and main contracting works, offering experience in different sectors and project scopes.
