We're seeking an experienced construction project management professional with a background in building surveying and architecture to join our team.
You will lead project management for both minor and major projects within the Estates team, ensuring the delivery of a compliant, high-quality, safe, efficient, and cost-effective capital programme. You will collaborate with the Director of Estates and the wider team to develop and implement strategic development plans.
You will deliver high-quality outcomes and communicate effectively with technical, clinical, and management professionals both within the Trust and externally.
About You
Master's degree, or equivalent experience, and a Level 6 qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technician.
Experience in architecture design, construction, or as a building surveyor.
Working knowledge of project management applications.
