Equans is looking for a Life Cycle Delivery Manager to join our team at Salford and Tameside Hospitals on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.

On offer is a competitive salary up to £60,000, dependent on skills, knowledge, and experience, along with a company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and benefits package.

The role holder will be the main driver and point of contact for the delivery of planned and unplanned lifecycle works across both PFI estates at Salford Royal and Tameside General Hospitals, based at either location.

What will you deliver?
  • Liaise with all relevant parties involved with Lifecycle works, including coordinating with various subcontractors, SPV, NHS key staff, and internal team members.
  • Populate governance documentation and manage approval processes for the delivery of lifecycle works.
  • Ensure that upon completion of all Lifecycle works, supporting documentation/O&Ms are shared with the technical team to provide a fully auditable administrative trail in line with contractual obligations and ISO accreditation.
  • Coordinate and arrange for external surveyors to undertake condition surveys and interpret the final report(s), supporting the compilation of annual lifecycle planner(s).
  • Engage with competent Contractors from our PSL to carry out design, works/construction, and commissioning of proposed lifecycle works.
  • Monitor the progress of lifecycle deliverables with support from the Technical Team and Contracts Manager to ensure timely, within budget, safe, and quality completion.
  • Ensure all work activities are carried out safely and in accordance with statutory and corporate regulations, healthcare standards, and specifications.
  • Identify potential opportunities to evolve the Lifecycle works.
