Want to join a leading international, independent real estate consultancy with a different approach?

Due to exponential growth, we are looking for an experienced, efficient, and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team after another successful year for our development and project management consultancy.

The candidate will have the drive and autonomy to develop and lead a new specialist Project Management team in our well-established multi-disciplinary Leeds office. They will be a qualified Project Manager or MRICS Building Surveyor with a proven track record in successfully delivering high-value project work.

They will be given a variety of exciting cross-sector projects to start with, ranging from £10k to £10 million in value, and must be client-facing, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Our business is built on teamwork, and the candidate will be fully supported by our other thriving Project Management teams across the north region to ensure success.

Job Overview

1. End-to-end project management of projects across industrial, retail, commercial, and residential sectors, ranging from £10k to £10 million.
2. Effectively taking full client briefs and delivering results tailored to their needs.
3. Leading junior Project Managers and developing a new dedicated project management team across various sectors.
4. Growing a network of contacts and leveraging existing relationships for business development.
5. Collaborating closely with Senior Associates and Directors on various projects.
6. Winning new business and developing the Project Management services both professionally and socially.
7. Managing design and construction projects through various stages.
8. Supporting the growth of the Hollis team on professional and social/teambuilding levels.

Qualifications/Experience

• MAPM, PRINCE2, or MRICS qualification; postgraduate study is a plus.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects up to £10m+ in value.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive project management from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
• Efficient, process-driven, and eager to improve quality and processes.
