We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Estates Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that each academy is maintained and developed to support the Trust's educational vision. You will deliver high-quality projects that enhance our physical environments, directly contributing to student success by fostering inspiring, collaborative, and innovative learning spaces.
Your responsibilities include delivering capital works that keep our academies safe, functional, and aligned with cutting-edge education standards. You will manage multiple projects, including refurbishments, remodelling, large-scale maintenance, new builds, and extensions. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with external teams such as architects, surveyors, and consultants, as well as internal stakeholders.

As of 1st April 2024, our Trust comprises 33 academies (16 secondary, 14 primary, 2 special), educating over 20,000 students with a staff of 3,000. Nearly 40% of our academies are rated outstanding by Ofsted, compared to 15% nationally. We are establishing four clusters across North Kent, Central Kent, South East London, and Medway. The Trust also manages a major initial teacher training organization, a large teaching school hub, and is an accredited apprenticeship provider.
