A leading water utility company is seeking an experienced Estates Maintenance Engineer to ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of their sites in the UK. The ideal candidate will carry out building fabric maintenance, collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Key qualifications include a UK driving license and experience in electrical/plumbing and painting/decorating. As a Estates Maintenance Engineer you will be working in the Estates and Facilities Department undertaking all aspects of building fabric maintenance across the Affinity Water Central and East operational area. Ensuring that Affinity Water’s sites, buildings and domestic property assets are effectively and efficiently maintained to a defined standard and that compliance and that safety of the property assets is ensured.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and the public to maintain a comprehensive level of maintenance.
Good problem solving skills.
Adhere to Affinity Water health & safety policies and guidelines.
Updating management systems e.g CAFM.
Resolving complaints quickly and efficiently.
UK Driving licence.
Good problem solving skills.
Experience in electrical/plumbing.
Experience in painting and decorating.
Working knowledge of door locking systems.
Basic carpentry skills.

Circa £32,000 (salary dependant on skills and experience)
Hours of Work: 08:00am - 16:00pm (Mon - Thurs) 08:00am - 15:30pm (Friday)
