Job summary

Serco Group Plc’s Defence Academy team seeks an Estates Technical Support to help runs essential projects and daily operations. You will coordinate site access, manage CAFM systems, and maintain documentation, contributing to safe, efficient facilities.

You’ll work in a hybrid, flexible environment, supporting colleagues with strong organisational and communication skills and a proactive, independent approach to workload and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education, ideally GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths.
• Strong communication across methods and audiences.
• Proven organisational skills and ability to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Book visitors on site, sign-in and manage access for contractors.
• Operate and administer CAFM system and close completed work orders.
• Monitor target dates to avoid SLA breaches and maintain documentation.
