Job summary

A leading healthcare provider based in Wareham is looking for a full-time administrative support professional to join its Estates and Facilities Division. The position entails managing compliance documents, arranging meetings, processing invoices, and handling inquiries through the Service Desk, among other responsibilities. The role offers an opportunity for hybrid working after training and is aimed at providing administrative support within the healthcare setting. Job Overview

We have a full‑time vacancy within our busy Estates and Facilities Division – Property and Contracts Management Team. The role is based in Wareham, Dorset, and will initially work Monday‑Friday 08:00‑16:00 in our Estates & Facilities office with the option for hybrid working once trained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling and processing compliance documents.

Requirements
