Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment has a client in Hainault seeking a Concierge to join their estate agency team. The role requires a target-driven mindset, ambition and reliable transport. You must be a UK resident with a full driving licence and access to your own car.

Office-based, five days a week, with a clear progression path to a Sales Negotiator. Salary starts at £23,500 with a structured benefits package including mortgage-application bonuses and monthly incentives.

Responsibilities

• Register potential buyers and qualify them.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Concierge for our Estate Agency client based in Hainault.

The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Concierge:

• Basic £23,500
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu)
• 5 day working week
• Fully officed based until progression to Sales Negotiator
• £50 per completed mortgage application
• Every other month competitions

Responsibilities for the role of Concierge:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships
• Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments
• Always delivering exceptional customer service
