Tate-and-Harriss in Guildford is recruiting a Sales Negotiator for our estate agency client. The role covers sales and lettings with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving targets.

Ideal candidates may be experienced in sales or trainees with strong customer service experience, must be a UK resident, and able to commute within 30 minutes. A full UK driving licence and own car are required to perform the role effectively.

We are currently recruiting for a SalesNegotiatorfor our Estate Agency client based inGuildford.
The ideal candidate should betarget drivenand looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have awinning mindset.
You can either be an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a high performing independent, or a Trainee with strong customer service experience
Candidatesmust be a UK Residentand ideally live within a30-minute commuteof the area.
You will need to hold afull UK driving licenceand have the use ofyourown car.
Benefits:

• Basic£20,000 - £22,000(depending on experience)
• OTE £30,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience)
• Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 6pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day back in lieu

Responsibilities:

• This role will cover sales and lettings
• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships
• Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments
• Always delivering exceptional customer service
