Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment has a client in Hainault seeking a Concierge to join their estate agency team. The role requires a target-driven mindset, ambition and reliable transport. You must be a UK resident with a full driving licence and access to your own car.

Office-based, five days a week, with a clear progression path to a Sales Negotiator. Salary starts at £23,500 with a structured benefits package including mortgage-application bonuses and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous property experience not essential.
• High level of customer service skills, ideally with sales.
• Desire to work well in a team.
• Sales and target driven attitude.
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated with a winning mindset.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Well presented.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and own a car.

Responsibilities

• Register potential buyers and qualify them.
• Generate viewings and canvass to bring on new properties.
• Negotiate the sale between vendors and buyers.
• Prepare sales brochures and develop relationships.
• Advise buyers and vendors continually.
• Book appointments and deliver exceptional customer service.
