Job summary

Connells Group in Castle Bromwich is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join our residential sales team. This is an entry-level role with industry-leading training and a clear career pathway.

You will learn every aspect of the estate agency model through a structured development programme, handling valuations, viewings, offers, and coordinating with the Mortgage Advisor. Full UK driving licence and own car preferred.

Qualifications
