Job summary

Our client, a respected independent estate agency in Hertfordshire, seeks a Sales Negotiator to join the team in Harpenden. The role focuses on registering buyers, arranging viewings, canvassing for properties, and negotiating sales between vendors and buyers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months’ experience, a full UK driving licence and own car, and a strong customer service attitude. The package includes a basic salary of £23,000–£28,000 with OTE £35,000–£40,000 and uncapped

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Harpenden.

The successful candidate must have at least 6 months+ previous experience.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• Basic £23,000 - £28,000
• OTE £35,000 - £40,000
• Uncapped commission
• Additional bonuses
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5pm
• Birthday off as extra holiday
