Job summary

GCB Agency Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator in Gravesend. The successful candidate will join an established team with a clear progression path and a competitive rewards package.

Working hours are 8:45am–6:30pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Fridays and alternate Saturdays 9:30am–4pm. Basic salary £25,000 with OTE £40,000–£50,000 and a transparent commission structure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Full Driving Licence is required.
• Experience with valuations/listings is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails and marketing efforts.
• Advise buyers and sellers on market conditions.
• Stay updated on local property market trends and pricing.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate mortgage appointments and valuations when possible.
• Manage a portfolio of property listings for sale.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements.
• Be a senior figure within the team.

My client, an award-winning independent agent, islooking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team in Gravesend.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.

Working Hours:

• 8:45am - 6:30pm Monday to Thursday
• Early finish on Fridays
• Alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 4pm with 1 lieu day per month

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Generating leads through calls, emails, and marketing efforts.
• Will ideally have experience with valuations and Listings.
• Advising buyers and sellers on market conditions
• Staying updated on local property market trends and pricing.
• Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Keep all parties updated, booking in mortgage appointments and valuations when possible.
• Managing a portfolio of property listings for sale.
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements.
• Being a senior figure in the team.

Requirements for the Senior Sales Negotiator position:
