Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with mainstream esports event systems and community tournaments.
• Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are required for collaboration with teams in China.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute esports tournaments for shooting game products.
• Develop and manage tournament partnerships and content to raise visibility.
• Oversee tournament ecosystem operations and engage professional players and KOLs.
• Coordinate planning, marketing, and operations to meet KPIs; analyze data to optimize strategies.
