Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council are seeking an Environmental Services Support Officer (ESO4) to back the new food waste service. The role covers day-to-day delivery, customer service and liaising with operational staff, supervisors, drivers and management to maintain high standards.

£32,061 - £35,412 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Waste Services Team for an Environmental ServicesSupport Officer (ESO4) to support our new food waste service.
The successful candidate will play a key role insupporting the day-to-day delivery of food waste collection services across Bromsgrove and Redditch. Working closely with operational staff, supervisors, drivers, and management, you will help ensure the effective delivery of a busy frontline service whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
This is a varied and challenging role requiring excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. The position may require flexible working across all of our depot sites tosupport operational requirements.
