Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council are seeking an Environmental Services Support Officer (ESO4) to support the new food waste service across Bromsgrove and Redditch. You will work with operational staff, supervisors, drivers and management to ensure efficient frontline delivery and high standards of customer service.
Key requirements include a full HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, tachograph qualifications and the ability to work flexibly across depots.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Waste Services Team for an Environmental Services Support Officer (ESO4) to support our new food waste service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of food waste collection services across Bromsgrove and Redditch. Working closely with operational staff, supervisors, drivers, and management, you will help ensure the effective delivery of a busy frontline service whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
This is a varied and challenging role requiring excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. The position may require flexible working across all of our depot sites to support operational requirements.
