The candidate will lead ES/ESME process design, work with quality teams on procedures, and develop clear work instructions while ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of battery pack assembly engineering experience.
• Experience programming industrial robots.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of ES and ESME manufacturing processes.
• Design and analyze production processes to ensure personnel safety.
• Develop in-process and end-of-line quality procedures for various assembly processes.
• Create and maintain manufacturing operation work instructions.
• Document and communicate assembly process developments and innovations clearly.
