Novisto is seeking a driven Customer Onboarding Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding and ensure successful adoption of our ESG data management platform in the UK. You will own end-to-end onboarding, coordinate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and drive valuable, timely launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Onboarding or PM, preferably in Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to coordinate across CS, Product and Eng.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define onboarding objectives, milestones, and success metrics with enterprise customers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with CS, Product, and Engineering for smooth onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding customers' ESG goals and priorities.
• Drive platform engagement with tailored training and proactive touchpoints.
• Manage onboarding projects: scope, deliverables, timelines, and proactive updates.
• Capture success stories to demonstrate value and inform future engagements.
