Job summary

HSI is seeking a technically minded Implementation Consultant to own the full onboarding journey for our Donesafe platform in the UK. You will lead discovery workshops, configure workflows, and manage delivery end-to-end, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Hybrid working and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering end-to-end SaaS implementations.
• Experience in EHS or Health & Safety industry desirable.
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, and automations.
• Able to lead workshops and explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality.
• Customer-first mindset delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions and set expectations for the implementation journey.
• Conduct discovery workshops to capture customer requirements.
• Own end-to-end delivery and manage project plan in Rocketlane.
• Configure and document workflows and automations in Donesafe.
• Assist data migration and ensure smooth integration with legacy systems.
• Deliver client training and create user documentation.
• Test configurations with clients to meet requirements.
• Lead go-live activities and handover to Support.
