Job summary

Gearset is hiring an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager in the UK. You will own onboarding projects end-to-end, acting as the lead for each customer from signing to go-live, while guiding them through the Gearset platform and DevOps context.

In a high-trust environment, you will support US time zones, work in a hybrid setup (1–2 days in the office), and manage a portfolio of concurrent onboardings with a consultative approach and strong delivery focus.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding enterprise or large multi-team customers (preferred).
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end and manage multiple onboardings concurrently.
• Strong communication with executives and admins; drive action and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects from close-win to go-live and maintain plan ownership.
• Conduct technical deep dives to map customer environments and required changes.
• Keep customers on track with milestones, follow-ups, and proactive risk management.
• Manage stakeholder communication across admins and executives throughout the project.
• Develop onboarding plans and run product training with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CSMs, DevOps, and engineers to ensure delivery.
