Job summary

Sectigo is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Engineer to join our global team in London. You will guide customers from proof-of-concept to production, translating their technical needs into effective Sectigo solutions.

You will manage customer accounts, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a high standard of communication and service throughout onboarding, while contributing to process improvements and knowledge base updates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide production and/or proof-of-concept onboarding services to customers.
• Serve as SME for Sectigo product portfolio during post-sales engagements.
• Maintain high standards of communication and customer service throughout onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer timelines.
• Contribute to Onboarding Readiness Program and documentation updates.
• Handle additional tasks as needed to support company initiatives.
