Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead ERP implementation initiatives, including Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will document detailed requirements across Finance, HR, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain, support testing and data validation, and ensure GMP/GxP compliance.

You will collaborate with global teams to map end-to-end processes, translate business needs into system designs, and develop UAT plans that deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodology.
• Experience with large ERP implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of FDA GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 11/820 compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions across Finance, HR, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into system designs and work with IT on specifications.
• Develop test cases and user-acceptance test plans.
• Analyze business problems and identify tech-enabled solutions to drive value.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with IT to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
