Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive ERP implementation projects (Oracle Fusion and Salesforce) across Finance, Tax, Order Management, Pricing, and Distribution in the UK. You will translate complex requirements into URS/FRS and test scenarios, ensuring regulatory alignment with GMP/GxP standards while coordinating with global IT teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodologies.
Experience with large ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion, Salesforce) and cross-functional projects.
Understanding of FDA requirements for validated systems (GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Parts 11 & 820).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with EU markets and tax/regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

Organize requirements and data sessions for Finance, HR, Procure to Pay, and Supply Chain.
Translate requirements into URS/FRS and system design specs.
Coordinate with IT to translate requirements into solution designs.
Develop test cases and UAT plans, support testing and data validation.
Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with IT on implementation.
Act as voice of the business to translate requirements into user stories and tests.
Support deployment activities ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory needs.
