Job summary

GxP Recruitment is steering an ERP implementation project leveraging Oracle Fusion and Salesforce, covering Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain. The role focuses on gathering detailed business requirements, mapping cross-functional processes, and ensuring test and data validation throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in business analysis and ERP projects, with strong leadership and knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance and EU market regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in all aspects of business analysis, IT project methodology, and comprehensive system implementation documentation.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross-functional project management.
• Understanding of FDA requirements for validated systems, including GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, and electronic records/e-signatures compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma experience / certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with EU markets and awareness of the EU commercial and legal space with focus on tax and legal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to understand business processes related to Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into system design specifications and user stories for IT teams.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure compliant, quality system solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify technology-enabled, scalable solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Work cross-functionally to drive enterprise transformation initiatives and ROI tracking.
