Job summary

GxP Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support an ERP implementation featuring Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will gather and document detailed business requirements across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain, and translate them into clear system specifications.

You will also help design test cases, support data conversion validation, and work with global teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions that meet regulatory needs in the EU

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodology.
• Experience with large ERP implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of FDA validated systems, GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 & 820, e-signatures.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate cross-functional analysis and mapping of processes, data, and requirements (URS/FRS).
• Translate requirements into system design specifications with IT teams.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure quality solutions.
• Analyze business problems and identify tech-enabled improvements.
• Identify opportunities to automate with AI agents.
• Collaborate with IT to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional designs.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment to meet compliance.
• Work with Finance, Supply Chain, IT to drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
• Identify process improvements and ROI for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment across teams.
