Job summary

GxP Recruitment in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and translate ERP needs into system design for Oracle Fusion and Salesforce deployments. You will map Finance, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain processes, develop test cases and UAT plans, support data conversion, and ensure regulatory compliance across EU markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodology.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross-functional project execution.
• Understanding of FDA requirements for validated systems, including GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, and electronic records/e-signatures compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma experience / certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with EU markets and awareness of the EU commercial and legal space with focus on tax and legal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Map cross-functional processes and data flows (URS/FRS).
• Translate requirements into system design specifications with IT.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to validate solutions.
• Analyze business problems and propose tech-enabled solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate with AI Agents.
• Collaborate with IT to implement aligned solutions.
• Support validation, deployment, and compliance activities.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT to align and drive execution.
• Support business cases, cost-benefit analyses, ROI tracking.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and maintain clear communication.
