Job summary

GxP Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead ERP implementation projects involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce, covering Finance, Tax, Order Management, Pricing, and Distribution.

You will translate complex requirements into system design specifications, support testing and data validation, and collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions across EU markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project methodology, and system implementation documentation.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross-functional project delivery.
• Understanding of FDA requirements for validated systems, GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, and electronic records/e-signatures compliance.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate cross-functional analysis sessions and map end-to-end processes, data and requirements (URS/FRS).
• Coordinate with IT to translate requirements into system designs and specifications.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure quality solutions that meet requirements.
• Support testing, validation and deployment activities ensuring compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and business teams to drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
