Job summary

Understanding Solutions is seeking an experienced Technology Programme Manager to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering a varied portfolio of technology, ERP and business change initiatives.

You will develop the team, embed best practice and governance, and strengthen planning and budgeting across the portfolio. Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle R12 experience is highly desirable as you coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong programme and project delivery experience across a portfolio of technology, ERP and business change initiatives.
Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing Project Managers to improve capability and delivery performance.
Experience implementing or improving project delivery methodologies, governance, processes and ways of working.
Strong ERP transformation experience, with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle R12 desirable.
Experience managing third‑party technology vendors, delivery partners and complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

Oversee stakeholder relationships with business and technology teams, Oracle, and vendors; step into delivery when needed to maintain momentum.
