Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for a Change Manager to lead the business change workstream on a major ERP transformation programme (Oracle Fusion). The role will own the change strategy and delivery plan to ensure teams are ready for implementation and go-live.

You will drive change communications, training, adoption and business readiness with strong stakeholder engagement, governance oversight and RAID management across the project.

Change Manager - ERP Transformation

12 Month Contract

Stafford / Hybrid - 2 days per week

£700 - 794 per day (via Umbrella Company)

NPPV3 Clearance (either in place or possess the ability to pass)

A public sector client is currently looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the business change workstream on a major ERP transformation programme.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the change strategy and delivery plan, helping ensure teams across the organisation are fully prepared for implementation and go-live of a new ERP system (Oracle Fusion). Responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, business readiness, adoption and transition into BAU etc.

To be successful, we're seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:

• Strong Change Management experience on other large-scale transformation programmes (specifically the deployment of new ERP systems)
• Experience establishing & leading end-to-end change workstreams with direct experience in change communications, training, adoption and business readiness etc.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills will be essential.
• Good project management capability across planning, governance and RAID would be highly advantageous.
• ERP transformation experience (Oracle Fusion experience would be a significant bonus)
