Connect2Dorset is recruiting for an ERP Transformation Communications & Engagement Lead in Dorchester. The role is a hands-on senior position within the Council’s ERP transformation team, responsible for shaping and delivering the communications and stakeholder engagement across Finance, HCM, Payroll and Procurement as SAP moves to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

The post requires ERP literacy, strong business-change language skills and a proven ability to take a large workforce through significant system

Qualificações

• Direct experience leading ERP transformation communications in large organisations.
• Experience engaging elected members and political stakeholders in public sector projects.
• Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR).
• Track record of go-live and hyper-care communications on major ERP changes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ERP communications and engagement strategy for SAP-to-Oracle Fusion Cloud migration.
• Define audiences, messages and channels aligned to programme roadmap.
• Plan multi-channel campaigns and produce high-quality content and briefing packs.
• Embed change communications within the wider programme governance and channels.
