Job summary

GxP Recruitment seeks an experienced business analyst to lead ERP implementation projects, focusing on Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will gather requirements, map cross-functional processes, and translate them into functional design specifications for global teams.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, validating data conversions, and ensuring solutions comply with EU regulatory space. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodologies.
• Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional project execution.
• Knowledge of FDA GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with EU markets and awareness of EU tax and legal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to understand business processes and system functionality in Finance, HR, Procurement/Expense, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate deep-dive requirements and analysis sessions across business functions with stakeholders and IT.
• Coordinate with IT to translate requirements into system design specifications.
• Develop test cases and user-acceptance test plans to ensure quality solutions.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify technology-enabled solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize with AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to implement solutions aligned to business needs.
• Act as the voice of the business, translating requirements into user stories and test scenarios.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities ensuring compliance and quality.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and drive execution in a matrixed environment.
• Identify process improvements and ROI opportunities for enterprise transformation.
