Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an ERP implementation project leveraging Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. The role covers Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes and requires translating business needs into system design and testing artifacts.

The candidate will collaborate with global teams, drive requirements workshops, and ensure compliance with EU and FDA validation standards throughout migrations and data validation activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project methodology, and system implementation documentation.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross-functional project execution.
• Awareness of FDA validation requirements (GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 & 820) and electronic records/e-signatures compliance.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions for Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
• Translate requirements into URS/FRS and functional designs.
• Coordinate with IT for solution design and testing activities, including test cases and UAT plans.
• Identify and map cross-functional processes, data flows, and requirements across business and IT teams.
• Support data validation, testing, and deployment to ensure compliant, quality solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver complex system migration projects.
