Job summary

GxP Recruitment seeks an experienced Business Analyst for an ERP implementation project involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will cover Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain, gathering requirements and translating them into system design, test plans, and data validation.

The role requires expert stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and knowledge of FDA/GxP regulatory spaces with EU market awareness.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project methodology.
Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional project delivery.
Knowledge of FDA validated systems, GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Parts 11 & 820.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
EU markets knowledge with focus on tax and legal reporting.

Responsibilities

Organize requirements and data gathering sessions across Finance, HR, Procure to Pay, and Supply Chain.
Translate requirements into system design specifications with IT teams.
Develop test cases and UAT plans for validation.
Analyze complex business problems and propose technology-enabled solutions.
Identify automation opportunities including standalone or embedded AI Agent.
Support validation, testing, deployment, ensuring quality and compliance.
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other teams to drive alignment.
