Job summary

You will work closely with the Group IT Manager to support the UK and international offices, handling day-to-day IT queries, infrastructure, networks and project work with external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT support or systems support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Teams and Outlook.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
